  1. The ElectronicCourthouse® will only collect information that personally identifies you ("personal information") for the purpose of billing and service delivery.

  3. The ElectronicCourthouse® will collect and publish aggregate statistics such as: the nature of disputes, the amount of money involved in disputes, the frequency of disputes against particular entities and so forth. These reports will not contain identifiable personal information.
      
  4. The ElectronicCourthouse® does keep a record of the domains of visitors to this site. We use this information to get statistical information allowing us to better design our site and services. We discard the domain logs after we have completed our analysis.
      
  5. Personal information stored on The ElectronicCourthouse's servers is secured by employing technologies and policies based on evolving industry best practices. These are designed to protect personal data against loss, alteration, destruction, disclosure, misuse, or unauthorized access.

  7. All parties to a dispute will have a private access code to a Web page that provides updates on the progress of their own case. These case logs will be kept for up to three years after the case is closed.
      
  8. The ElectronicCourthouse® will retain billing and service delivery information for a period of three years after the completion of the service.
     
  9. The ElectronicCourthouse® will investigate your concerns and correct our processes if we have breached any of our policies or procedures.
